The brief
Showing five trades without overwhelming customers.
DAP covers plastering, general building, brickwork, rendering and property maintenance for homeowners and landlords across Llanelli, Carmarthenshire and Swansea.
Customers needed to see quickly that DAP could do their job, judge the quality from real work and ask for a free quote without working out which trade to pick first.
Customer journey
From first look to a free quote.
1Understand the business.
The homepage shows the five services, the areas covered and a free quote button straight away.
2Find the right service.
Each service has its own page, so customers can check DAP does the work they need.
3Request a free quote.
One form for every job, where customers describe the work in their own words.
Real work, easy to keep up to date.
Plain service explanations sit alongside a gallery and short clips filmed on real jobs, so customers can judge the finish before they get in touch.
DAP can add new photos and update wording through an easy-to-use content editor, so the website keeps pace with the work.
